These services are searched for less often, but when you need them, you need them now. We carry them out with the same truck and the same team as our drain clearance and septic tank emptying, anywhere in Mallorca and with a 24-hour service.
Locating faults and hidden inspection chambers
Often the problem isn't clearing the drain but finding where the problem is. It happens in recently bought houses, inherited fincas or courtyards that were renovated and had their inspection chambers covered with tiles or lawn.
We locate:
- Hidden inspection chambers and access points, following the route of the pipes from the drains.
- Buried septic tank lids, so they can be emptied without digging up half the garden.
- The exact point of the blockage in a drainage network, so we can work right there.
- Broken or collapsed sections, when water isn't flowing even though the pipe is clean.
That way you avoid unnecessary building work: we open up where it needs opening and nowhere else. If you need a camera inspection, we can arrange it for you.
Sewer cleaning and maintenance
Sewer networks in residential developments, industrial estates, residential blocks and large buildings collect sand, grease, roots and rubbish. If they aren't cleaned, the sewer pipes lose capacity and, with the first heavy rain, the water backs up.
We carry out cleaning of sewer pipes, manholes, road gullies and floor drains with a jetting and vacuum truck. We work for residents' associations, businesses, industrial estates and town councils, both for emergencies and scheduled maintenance.
A good time to clean the network is before the autumn, when the storms arrive in Mallorca. That way the drains are clear when the rain comes down all at once.
Waste water treatment plant cleaning
Waste water treatment plants (compact units for a single home, those serving a hotel or agroturismo, or those for a residential development) need their sludge removed from time to time. Otherwise the water comes out less well treated, smells appear and the equipment has to work harder.
We remove sludge from settlement tanks, reactors and chambers with the tanker and clean whatever is needed, without touching the electromechanical equipment. All the waste is taken to an authorised treatment plant.

Emptying pools, wells and reservoirs
With the tanker we empty and pump out:
- Swimming pools with stagnant or green water or sludge at the bottom, before they are cleaned or repaired.
- Wells that need emptying to be cleaned, inspected or repaired.
- Reservoirs and irrigation ponds at fincas, to remove sludge and sediment.
