Blocked drains and septic tanks in Llucmajor

Llucmajor is one of the largest municipalities in Mallorca and one of the most varied: a town with an old centre, a holiday resort like s'Arenal and a long coastline full of residential developments, plus a great deal of countryside. It borders Campos, so we work here very often.

In the town of Llucmajor the most common call-outs are village houses with old pipes: kitchens blocked with grease, soil stacks and courtyard inspection chambers. In s'Arenal, with lots of apartment buildings, hotels and bars, shared soil stacks and commercial kitchens are more common.

In the coastal developments, many homes have private drainage with inspection chambers in the garden that fill up with sand and roots. We clear them with our jetting truck and, if the inspection chamber can't be found, we'll locate it.

Septic tank emptying in Llucmajor

Llucmajor has a huge amount of rural land, with fincas and country houses that rely on a septic tank or cesspit. And on the coast there are developments where some homes still run on their own septic tank or treatment plant.

We empty prefabricated septic tanks, masonry cesspits and domestic treatment plants with our tanker, and take the waste to an authorised treatment plant. For summer houses on the coast, we recommend booking the emptying before the summer: that's when the houses fill up and the tank works hardest.
